Our cleanroom project with CoCEPTIO

From the very beginning of the White Raven project, our objective was clear: to offer flexible and fast sterile manufacturing capacity for emerging biotech programs. We never approached this as a simple construction effort.

For us, it was about designing a manufacturing environment where every decision directly enables process performance and operational agility.

What mattered most was ensuring that the cleanroom design reflected operational reality. Facility design, GMP requirements, and process needs were considered together from day one, not as separate phases or sequential steps. This is why we worked in close collaboration with CoCEPTIO, aligning engineering, validation, and operations as a single, integrated workflow rather than parallel workstreams.

This approach allowed us to create a cleanroom environment that truly reflects how sterile manufacturing must function in practice: highly controlled, highly automated, and designed to minimize human intervention to significantly reduce contamination risk while ensuring consistency, reliability, and reproducibility.

In this video, our CEO, Dimitri Woronoff, takes you inside our facility and shares how we worked together to design an aseptic manufacturing environment where every flow, movement, and interaction has been carefully engineered to support GMP performance.
